Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies for Open Online Courses 1. Booking & Payment • Once you book your course, we will send you an invoice via email. • Payments must be made via bank transfer. • Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received 2. Cancellations & Refunds • If you cancel 7 days or more before the course start date, you will receive a full refund. • If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued. • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the course start date. • If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 3. Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, free of charge, with at least 72 hours’ notice before the course start date. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a small admin fee. 4. Attendance & Participation • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a working microphone and camera. • You must attend the full course to receive a certificate. • We do not offer recordings, as our courses are interactive and require participation. 5. Access & Technical Issues • Course access details and Zoom Link will be emailed to you at least 48 hours before the session. • It is your responsibility to check your email (including spam/junk folders) for joining instructions. • We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, but we will do our best to support you. 6. Code of Conduct • Our courses are a safe and inclusive space. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. • If you fail to follow the guidelines, you may be removed without a refund. 7.
